Girls on Tanks - Game Review

This is a new browser based turn based strategy game on a battlefield. This reportedly free to play game is available to anyone on Nutaku.net and of course you must be 18 or older to play. So without further ado let's get right into it.....

Story:

The Heartland War has left the world devastated, four factions are now locked in conflict, in a battle for the the planets future. These busty babes are fierce warriors and will fight for the right to survive. Using various combat units and vehicles you fight for every inch of territory enjoying big titties and wet pussy along the way. Other than this core plot line the rest of the game does not really try to stick to a deep story and or narrative.

Writing:

The writing in this game is nothing Shakespearean that is for sure. It is flat and straight forward with the occasional musing from your enemy before and at the end of battles. However this turn based combat game is not really about an in depth story line and more about the turn based combat and action. If this were a visual novel we would expect a rich story but it isn't so we can forgive it on this basis. Art And Graphics: The artwork in this game is stellar to say the least. The characters are well drawn and the colors are bright and well done. The menus, HUD, and interface are well designed and easy to navigate. Even the static content like textures and design of the backgrounds and various in game screens are well illustrated. The sex scenes are beautiful and arousing. The actual combat part of the game is where the graphics and animation take a back seat. The explosions are weak as is the rest of the action animations. The landscapes are basic and repetitive across the various stages. The team could have worked a little harder on the actual in game environments and models to make the experience much more rich.

Sound:

The sound In this game is crisp and clear. The music is limited but well done. The voice overs during sex scenes are okay but the same scenes could have used a lot more ambient sounds to set the mood and actions. The sound effects in the actual game when combat is taking place are repetitive and very disappointing. There could have been more work put into the combat sounds to make more of an impact and make the game play feel more action packed. Conclusion: Over all this is a browser based game you could lose hours in easily. However there is one huge problem. Aside from the bad sounds and weak animations, this game is advertised as free but unfortunately it really isn't. You get half way through the first campaign and soon find yourself broke without any crystals or other currency to continue playing. You literally reach a point where you must spend real money or your game is over. When I first started playing this game I expected at least a pay to win element as you find in many of these kinds of �free� games. I however did not expect such a blatant violation and false advertising as I found here. If you are unable to simply play the entire game for free then you cannot call a game free. To me this ruins anything good about this game.
